Food, location
Soundproofing, banging can be heard between 1pm and 3pm when the cleaners are cleaning, beds are being moved and doors are banging, during the afternoon break, when kids are sleeping.

the pool snack bar was lovely. the breakfast and dinner was nice .the pool was lovely and the location was great
it was just one of the lifts broke and having bad legs . it was hard for me to climb stairs . also the hairdryer broke in my room and it took them 3 days to fix it . plus my room key card stopped working alot and had to be reset . which is annoying after you've climbed 3 floors and can't get in to your room . then have to walk back down to reception and then back up

Only downside was walls seem really thin so could hear guests in next room even if they were just quietly talking
